The Zoom Call

This is where we get to know each other. We'll walk through your editing style, your presets, your workflow, and what matters most to you in a finished gallery. No pressure, no sales pitch — just a genuine conversation about whether we're a good fit.

After the call, if we're both excited to move forward, we can start right away.

Dropbox Setup

Once we're ready to go, I'll set up a dedicated Dropbox folder for you. You don't need to figure out any folder structures — everything will be organised and ready for you to drop files into.

• Presets — drop your preset file here once and it lives there permanently
• Incoming — where you'll drop each new wedding, including smart previews and anchor images
• Delivered — where I'll return your edited catalog and .lrdata file
• Style Profile — your personal aesthetic reference that we build together over time

Smart Previews

You don't need to send your full resolution RAW files — just smart previews exported directly from Lightroom Classic. Smart previews are lightweight proxy files that allow me to edit your catalog without needing your originals. This keeps file sizes small, transfer times fast, and your originals safely on your own drive.

Not sure how to export them? I'll walk you through it on our call — it takes about two minutes once you've done it once.

Anchor Images

Anchor images are one of the most important parts of working together — especially at the beginning of our relationship. These are a selection of images from your gallery that you've already edited yourself, or images from past work that represent exactly how you want the finished gallery to feel.

They give me a concrete visual reference to match your style across the rest of the gallery — not just your preset, but your eye. How you handle shadows, how you treat skin tones, how you approach a backlit scene.

Aim for around 5% of your total gallery. The more you can provide the better, especially on our first few galleries together. Over time, as I get to know your style deeply, you'll need fewer and fewer.

Editing

Once your smart previews and anchor images are in Dropbox, I get to work. I'll apply your preset and fine-tune white balance, exposure, contrast, HSL, straightening, cropping, and AI masking across every image — everything needed to make your gallery feel polished, consistent, and unmistakably yours.

Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days. Rush orders are available — just let me know when you book and we'll work something out.

Delivery

When your gallery is ready, I'll drop the edited Lightroom catalog and .lrdata file (which includes all AI masking data) into your Delivered folder in Dropbox. You'll get an email as soon as it's there.

Revisions

Open your catalog, have a look through, and let me know how it feels. I offer unlimited revisions — I want the edits to feel genuinely right for you, not just close enough. If something's off, just flag it and I'll fix it. Simple as that.

Invoice

Once you're happy with the gallery, I'll send over an invoice. Payment is due within 7 days. No upfront fees, no deposits — you pay when the work is done and you're satisfied with it.
