Working Together

What working together actually looks like.

Four stages, from first hello to a steady rhythm. Here's how a gallery moves from your hands to mine and back.

Getting started

Let's see if we're a fit

Reach out through the contact form or at tomasz@editsbylumi.com with a bit about yourself, your style, and what you're looking for. I'll reply within 24–48 hours to set up a Zoom call. The call is just a conversation: your presets, your workflow, and what matters to you in a finished gallery. No sales pitch. If we both want to move forward, we can start right away. Every new photographer also starts with a $100 USD credit toward their first order, so you can try the process on your own work before committing to anything ongoing.

Learning your style

I learn your style

Before your first gallery, I set up a dedicated Dropbox folder so you never have to think about structure. Two things help me match your eye: your preset, and anchor images. Anchor images are shots you've already edited the way you want the gallery to feel; they show me how you handle shadows, skin tones, and backlight, not just your preset. Aim for around 5% of the gallery early on. As I get to know your style, you'll need fewer.

Presets
Drop your preset file here once and it lives there permanently.
Incoming
Where you'll drop each new wedding, including smart previews and anchor images.
Delivered
Where I'll return your edited catalog and .lrdata file.
Style Profile
Your personal aesthetic reference that we build together over time.

Your first gallery

We complete your first gallery

You send smart previews exported from Lightroom Classic, not full RAWs, so transfers stay small and your originals stay on your drive. I apply your preset and work through each image: white balance, exposure, contrast, HSL, straightening, cropping, and AI masking. When it's ready, the edited catalog and .lrdata file land in your Delivered folder and you get an email.

Turnaround
5–7 business days. Rush orders available; just say so when you book.
Revisions
Unlimited. Look through, tell me what feels off, and I'll rework it until it's right.

An ongoing rhythm

We settle into a workflow

Once the first gallery feels right, the rest gets simpler. You send each new wedding to the same folder, and I return it the same way. Over time I need fewer anchor images, because I already know your style.

Payment
I invoice on delivery, due within 7 days. No deposits, no upfront fees.
Staying in touch
Email is best (tomasz@editsbylumi.com), 24–48 hours. Existing clients can also reach me on WhatsApp for quick questions; ask for my number on our call.

A little something extra

$100

Trial credit

Every new photographer starts with $100 USD toward their first order. It's there so you can see the work on your own gallery before committing to anything ongoing.

$50

Referral credit

Know a photographer who'd be a fit? When they place their first order, you get $50 USD toward your next one, and they start with the usual $100 credit. No codes or forms; they just mention your name when they reach out.
